She founded Palak Industry to bring pure, organic cold-pressed oils to consumers. Initially focusing on mustard oil, the company now produces coconut oil, sesame oil, and groundnut oil under the brand name Shreedharaa – The Oil of Life. The cold press method, dating back 5,000 years to the Indus Valley Civilization, is the best way to extract oil without heating, preserving vital nutrients, vitamins, and being free from preservatives. It boosts immunity and helps prevent skin diseases.
